Store Policy

All pieces are made to order and require 7–14 working days for production. Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 4–5 working days across India.

As each garment is specially made after your order is placed, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged item, an exchange will be provided.

Our fabrics are sourced in small batches to keep every piece special and unique. Because of this, we do not restock the same prints once they are sold out. If a particular fabric becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will share the available alternatives for you to choose from.

We kindly request you to review the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order. If you are unable to find your measurement in the size chart, you may add your custom measurements in the custom notes section while placing your order so we can ensure a better fit.
